For FireFox users, a simple click of the this link (or the link titled Syndicate, just bwlow Laura's picture on the right), and you will have what is called a "Live" bookmark.  It's technical name is called an RSS site feed, which if you want to read about, you can do it by clicking on the links below.

However, for practical purposes, clicking on the above link will create a bookmark on your web-browser that will update every time a new post is made.  At this point, I've only figured out how to use this feature for Firefox, which is by a far a superior web browser than anything I've come across.
